The best form of business entity for your business is a General Partnership. The reason for this conclusion is your lack of concern for liability. You should reconsider this position. Unless there is a prohibition by professional organization or Licensing Board for use of an LLC, there is no reason to establish a general partnership. A Limited Liability Company is taxed like a partnership but has limited liability and is therefore superior to a general partnership.
